The N4901B covers the frequency range of 620 Mb/s to 13.5 Gb/s. This Test Set provides built-in true differential inputs/outputs, clock data recovery (CDR) and enhanced jitter capabilities. The unique capabilities address a broad range of applications in the semiconductor and communication industry. Key measurements are : output timing (RJ/DJ Separation, bathtub curve, setup and hold time), output level (Q-factor, average power), eye opening and BER.
